Do you offer repair-while-wait?
We offer daily morning wait appointments between the hours of 7:30 and 8:30 for customers who need minor services performed. Please note that wait appointments must be scheduled ahead of time. For all major service work please contact our office during normal business hours to schedule an appointment, or leave us a message on our answering service after hours and we will call you back to schedule.
Can I drop my vehicle off the night before?
For your convenience we have a nightly drop-off box for customers who would like to leave their car overnight the day before service. Simply take an envelope from the box, fill out your information and drop your keys through the Quality Volvo door mail slot and we will retrieve them and service your vehicle on the day of your appointment. All vehicles left overnight must be parked in a space clearly marked for Quality Volvo Repair only.
